Exchanges on items are allowed conditionally. 

EXCHANGES are ONLY allowed when an issue has been communicated within the 1st 30 days of your purchase. Restrictions apply. Decisions to exchange are based upon the discretion of Bend the Trend Fashions.

Domestic Shipping in the Continental U.S. has a flat rate of $8.00. (rate subject to change without notice)

International Shipping consists of any country, province etc. outside of the Continental U.S. International shipping has a flat rate of $24.00 (rate subject to change without notice)

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and package your orders. (COVID will effect shipping times). Please allow 5-21 business days for shipping. Estimated delivery times can vary based upon manufacturers, holidays, weather and many other various conditions. Some items shown and listed can be drop shipped, which means they are sent directly to you from our manufacturers after you place your orders. Some manufacturers have locations that are outside of the U.S., which may cause an arrival delay for certain items. If by chance your order has not arrived within the specified time which is 5-21 business days please contact us at: and we will gladly work to resolve your concerns. Some items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery (based on manufacturer and stock availability).

All of our jewelry listed and shown is costume jewelry and is not exempt from fading, changing colors, missing beads, missing stones and or tarnishing when worn. 

If by chance you received the wrong item, we would like to know. Please take a photo of the item that was sent and attach the photo in an email with the correct item name you were expecting to receive.


Please do not remove the tags or plastic from items that were sent mistakenly. Please contact us via email for return address information if you receive the wrong item. We utilize a number of carriers. Your package could arrive via FEDEX, USPS, UPS or DHL.
